Aromatherapy meditation (45 min) $50
Aromatherapy can be defined as the use of fragrances from essential oils as inhalants in order to balance emotions and benefit health. You may be directed to breathe in essential oils directly from a piece of cloth or indirectly through steam inhalations, vaporizers, or sprays. There will be focus on your breathing and mindfulness causing you to be aware of the sensation of breath entering and leaving the body. The focus is on the different feelings and thoughts of your mind as you utilize essential oils.
